Returns and exchanges
As each of our veils are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Occasionally we can make exceptions to this if agreed prior to sale. In this circumstance, buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you must email us within 48 hours to let us know. We will accept return of the item to replace or refund your veil. We will cover the cost of postage.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
